Just like Fire, World is not seen much. He to is dealing anthrax with the terrorist group Help Earth. He helps fire build remote controlled cars to sneak anthrax into a oil company. World hired a air-conditioning worker who then took the cars with the anthrax and placed them in the air conditioning vent of the meeting room where the bosses of the oil company were meeting. When he was caught he also was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 25 years in the prison.
