Sophie Lydon is George Lydon's fifteen-year-old sister who was born around 1991/1992. She is the daughter of Dr Kurt Lydon and Dr Susie Lydon and the goddaughter of Miss Hampstead.
Dark Sun (July 2007)[]
During the events of Dark Sun (Book), she lived in Milton Keynes with her family and attended Honeywill Community School, where she was studying for her GCSE exams - however after her father's arrest, Sophie, George and their mother went live with relatives.
She is said to be a "grade one pain in the butthole" according to her brother and they have a love / hate relationship.
She was nearly the victim of an attack with rancid coleslaw, but Thomas Moran received the hit. She is known to have lent half George's PSP games to an ex-boyfriend, but he never received them back.
When Gregory Rathbone, Andy Lagan and Zhang had a sleepover with George Lydon (and Rat and Andy hacked Dr Kurt Lydon's computer), Sophie went out clubbing with one of her mates. George mentions that Sophie may have made out with 'that chav Daniel' in the back of a cinema at one point.
Sophie is angry when George destroys her toy rabbit ('Mr Rabbit') and they fight each other. She comes home drunk and ruins George's bedroom carpet with beer and M&Ms. She briefly fights with Gregory Rathbone and Andy Lagan after they pick the lock to her bedroom but she is then sedated and put to bed. In the morning, Dr Susie Lydon makes her and George clean up the mess in the house.
