Ryan Quinn, born in Dublin in 1952, is an animal rights activist. He moved to the Bristol area when he left school, and in 1984 founded "Zebra 84", and then, in 2001, joined with other groups to make the "Zebra Alliance". He is a peaceful protester and eager to distance himself from groups like the AFM and AFA. He went to prison for arson, but, when he was released, on the condition that he help CHERUB, he found that Madeline Laing had taken over from him as the chairperson of the Zebra Alliance. Annoyed, he set up Zebra 06.
