Greg Jennings is the sixteen year old brother of Samantha Jennings. He likely attended Holloway Dale School and would be in Year 11 / 12. He hangs out with a gang who are 'kings' of the estate where they live (Holloway Villas).
He would have been born in 1986/1987.
The Recruit[]
Greg first appears in The Recruit, when he attacks James Adams, he grazes James' face across a brick wall, punches him in the gut and steals James' money. This was as revenge for James's attack on his sister, Samantha Jennings.
'Greg Jennings hung out with a gang of crazies. They were kings of the estate where James lived: smashing up cars, mugging people, getting into fights. If another kid saw them he’d look down at his shoes, cross his fingers and be happy if all he came away with was a slapped face and his money taxed. A good way to upset the gang was to beat up one of their little sisters.' (The Recruit Chapter 2)
He is seen again later on in the book, when James returns with Bruce, Kyle and Lauren. During the fight, both of Greg's thugs are rendered unconscious. Greg pulls out a knife but is disarmed by Bruce. Greg then flees the fight.
