Chris Jones was a science teacher and a councillor in Luton, until his savage beating at the hands of Sasha Thompson, who lost his temper when Chris told him that he had been fired from his position of chairman of Mad Dogs FC. Chris now is partly paralysed on his left side and is having problems with his eyesight.
Chris' mother is still alive; Sasha advised him not to reveal who beat him as he "knows where his mother lives".
